1. About these Terms

 

These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased through straderm.com and straderm.it, where these Terms are published or referenced.

 

These Terms do not apply to purchases made from local authorised distributors or other third-party sellers. Those purchases are handled under the seller's own terms.

 

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

3. Products

 

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are shown on the product pages. 

 

Product images are provided to help customers identify the product. Packaging, presentation, or minor details may vary where this does not affect the product's essential characteristics.

 

4. Prices, VAT, and taxes

 

Prices are shown in EUR.

Prices include sales tax/VAT where applicable.

 

Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment is completed.

 

5. Placing an order

 

To place an order, add products to the cart, provide the requested checkout information, choose the available delivery and payment options, and confirm the order.

 

Before payment, please check that the order details, delivery address, email address, and selected products are correct.

 

6. Order acceptance

 

An order is accepted after the order confirmation email is sent.

If we cannot accept an order, we will contact the customer and refund any payment already made for that order.

 

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Payment information is handled through the checkout/payment provider. STRADERM does not store full card details on straderm.com or straderm.it.

 

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery countries:

We deliver to countries available at checkout. If a delivery country is not available at checkout, we cannot accept an order for that destination through straderm.com or straderm.it.

 

Delivery costs and options:

Delivery cost, available delivery options, and any free-shipping threshold for the delivery country are shown at checkout before payment.

 

Free shipping:

Free shipping is currently advertised from EUR 40 for Italy and from EUR 70 for EU countries.

Estimated delivery time:

Delivery times vary by destination and are shown or communicated through checkout, order confirmation, or order updates where available.

 

Carriers:

Delivery carriers and logistics partners may vary by destination.

Orders are fulfilled on behalf of Research Lab Srl from a warehouse in Italy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs or local delivery conditions, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation before dispatch

 

Before dispatch, the customer may contact info@straderm.com as soon as possible to ask whether the order can be canceled. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

 

If an order has already been dispatched, the return and withdrawal rules below apply.

 

10. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Returns after dispatch are not accepted unless required by law.

For sealed cosmetic and personal-care products, Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 59(1)(e) of the Italian Consumer Code exclude the right of withdrawal once goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons are unsealed after delivery.

Opened, unsealed, used, or partly used products cannot be returned.

For damaged, defective, wrong, or not-delivered orders, contact admin@straderm.com with your order number, order email, a short description, and photos where relevant.

11. Damaged, wrong, or not-delivered products

 

If a product arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or an order is not delivered, contact:

Please include the order number, email used for the order, a short description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
